EuCo stands for European Convention and is the biggest international Rotaract event during the Rotary year. First organized in 1988 in Brussels it is now the 29th European Convention. It gathers annually around 1000 Rotaractors from around Europe and beyond.
EuCo is organized by the local Host Organizing Committee (HOC), nominated by the European Rotaract Information Centre (E.R.I.C.) and acting under its direct guidance and supervision.
E.R.I.C. is is a Multi-District Information Organization (MDIO) serving Rotaractors all over Europe. Created in 1988 it now supports 136 districts, in 46 countries reaching more than 20.000 Rotaractors. For more information visit rotaracteurope.eu.
Registration to EUCO2017 is open to all members of the Rotarian family, from Europe and beyond, who attend Rotaract Clubs on a regular basis. When indicated, partners are allowed to register as well.

The registration process is completed upon full completion of the online registration form, and after having received an email of confirmation. Your registration will be confirmed when the full payment of registration fee.
Despite offering more than 1000 packages, the demand for places at EuCo Warsaw vastly exceeds this amount. Therefore, we are unable to secure the package for all interested Rotaractors and offer packages outside the official waves of registration.
Nationals of EU countries do not need a visa and can stay in Poland for an unlimited period. Nationals of Australia, Canada and the USA are exempted from Visa for stays of up to 90 days. Nationals of other countries are advised to contact the embassy to check visa requirements for Poland.
No, unfortunately we cannot provide invitations for Visa applications.
Packages are being sold on-line on the EuCo website. There are several “waves” of registration with prices gradually increasing, as the event gets closer. Follow closely; (on the website and official EuCo Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/EuCo2017/) the dates of the registration waves as the packages usually sell out in less than an hour.
It may be possible to change the package according to availability. Contact us for more details.
Yes, you need to provide these details during the registration wave. Subsequent changes will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide the refunds. It may be however possible to sell the package to Rotaractors that have not been able to secure the place during the registration waves and are currently within our waiting list.
Payment for the reserved package has to be done within 3 days of the registration; otherwise, the package is being canceled and offered in the next registration wave.

In case the payment for the reserved package was not received within the three days of the registration, the package is offered again in the additional waves.
